Do you seriously expect a retailer to have extensive product knowledge on every item of stock they hold? The point is that the retailer is responsible for what they sell, so their staff should be able to answer questions about the product
For a smaller retailer, perhaps, but think of the scale of a supermarket, and the margins they work with. Is that really practical?
You can't enjoy the low prices and want the service as well...Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -

OP PM'd me at 7:42pm on 22 Jan 2010 saying I should respond and relinquish my negative energy.stand4truth wrote:Istand4truth wrote: »Just a Quick note
Shame there was no response on the website at 7:50 on 22 Jan 2010. As he has not responded to my message to him, I reiterate my previous commentsFreddie_Snowbits wrote: »Strange they come on this site looking for absolution and some amongst the crowd feel the poster is a victim of some horrendous crime, when the fact is clear they are a bully.
One awaits OPs correction on this matter, and the issue over a free software, until then I will stand my ground.
Should OP feel the need that my negativity, as he calls it, is not just directed at them, perchance a peep at another non listener.Freddie_Snowbits wrote: »Did you have the car seviced by the local cowboys, when mine is servcied, I get a full report, including brake and tyre condition, together with recommendations.0
