ok, this will be the situation
partner and i plan to move in June this year
selling house will give us c80k downpayment on next property
we would need only around 60k mortgage
HOWEVER
partner will be self employed only for a few months by then
myself, a stay at home mother
what do you think would be our best bet for getting a mortgage...housebuilder? broker? anyone?
Many thanks in advance!!

If it was me I would try and speak to a mortgage adviser! Mortgage Advise Bureau were good for me. But see if anyone else comes up with anything.0

Well if your issue is someone trying to sell you something, then perhaps the housebuilder is the place to go.juniperberry wrote: »Thanks Robyn

Your basic choice is a Mortgage Broker or to go around the lenders yourself. No one else is qualified to provide these products to youHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
