Barclays Cash Account Minimum Balance

Hi,
I have a Barclays Basic Account (Cash Account) which I use for paying bills, do I have to leave a minimum balance in this account say £1 or can it be zero ?, I ask as I transfer money in on the 1st of each month and by the 21st when the debits come out the balance would be NIL until the 1st of the month again, as I don't want one of the standing orders not to be paid if the balance were to be NIL after it was paid.
Thanks

It would be safe to leave at least £1 in the account.0
