Lloyds: Problem adding recipient

I'm trying to add a new recepient "pay another person". This person is myself, I'm trying to set it up between my lloyds tsb vatnage account and my A&L onlinesaver. However whenever I go to add it I get
"131265 - You have selected Pay a person but are trying to set up a payment to a company."
I can not do this by choosing "Pay a bill" instead. Is there a way to do this?
I'm using A&L details of
sort code 72-58-10
account no. 00000000
then entering my 11 digit acc reference in ref box but it keeps saying the same thing.
I've done this successfully from my Barclays account using exact same method but it seems Lloyds doesn't like it.

Update: Issue resolved. Spoke to lloyds via phone who put me on 3-way conversation with someone from IT department. You have to go through to "pay a bill" then enter sort and acc no. as above then click "find company" this will bring up 2 A&L references, online it states they're only for ISA payments but tech guy ensured me that wasn't the case, choose either one then the next page allows you to enter your reference number.
Have tested this and it works fine, all payments were received via FP in literally seconds.
Just incase anyone else needs the info.
