Long waits for Amazon gift certificates with the Halifax card

Just wanted to know if anyone else is having problems with the Halifax Amazon card rewards?
At first I received my vouchers quickly, but I have now been waiting 3 months for my £15 Amazon certificate. I have complained to both Amazon and Halifax, but as yet still no certificate.
