alarm system for my house

Hello

We will be moving into our new home soon and the prop does not have an alarm system. I was wondering if someone could give me a brief idea of a good/decent/not too exp alarm system.

I guess the alarm installation will also help reduce my home insurance?

Thnx

    Can't recommend any alarms etc.
Might not reduce your insurance premiums at all.
Go into various online insurance quote websites and experiment.
You might need a maintainance contract cost circa £120 per year and that 'might' save you £10 !!!!

I bought mine online from Responce Electronics, it's solar, wireless and was easy to fit.
I think if you want to get a reduction on your insurance the alarm needs to be professionally fitted and monitored.
