I ordered a spare part for my radio controlled helicopter, only to find when it arrived it didn't fit, i e-mailed them and they confirmed that it is for another model, not my model, even though it is under my model catagory on their website...
They have said that they will refund me for the part if i send it back, but they are not willing to refund the postage i paid or for the postage i am going to have to pay to send it back!! so i will be out of pocket TWICE and they are also not willing to send me the correct part out without me paying postage AGAIN,
so i will be out of pocket three times from postage costs when they have mis advertised the part on their website so it is their fault!!
Could anyone please let me know where i stand as a consumer please, i would be most grateful..

The postage is their problem not yours, keep insisting they pay for it and if not you will go to trading standards as the goods were "not as described" under the sale of goods act. Go to consumer direct for more advice.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
