Definitely on the right track for a no spend day today, even though it's still only early.Have lots to do in the house and no reason to leave it either!

Have planned the day with plenty of things to keep me occupied so I don't feel the need to go for a walk about town, and spend money that I really dont have

scrubbed that, spent money! Admittedly on eggs and an onion!

  • Got five items from enjoy summer range at Sainsbury for tea tonight and a free cool bag. Two dips for £1.50,reduced finest coleslaw 45p and two deep filled quiche for 50p each. the till took 30p off for the two quiche so quite a bargain for £2.65. The bag should be £4.99 not that I would pay that.

I'm on an away job for a week with work currently so get £26 a day spending allowance.

Anyone got any ideas for a meal i can have in a hotel cheaply. I have a kettle and that is it

Pop out and buy a pot snack/noodle and some crusty bread or something to have with it. Cheap and it ll fill you up.

As for me, well, its a no spend day so far but friend is off sick so going to pop and get something small to cheer her up with. Only a pound or two.
