New flat only has electric heating... worried!

    You need to find out what sort of electric heating you have and how to run it.

    Electric heating varies a lot and whilst normally a bit more expensive than gas central heating for a small flat the cost shouldn't be too high and you will save nearly as much as the maintenance costs are much lower! Don't despair!!!

    We only have electricty in our apartment, we were paying £60 p/m to eon and they dropped us down to £42 and we have always been in credit!

    My boss has a flat like that..... he got a bill for £1200 after 10 months!!!
