Reduced Direct Debit Payment
Hey all,
Got my quarterly bill yesterday,
BG has reduced my direct debit from £35 to £17, I am also £94 in credit.
I want the £94 back in my account, but from experiance i know they have to cancel the DD and reinstate it after "recalculation"
My worry is that the payments will go up from £17 to over the £35 I was paying
I am going to ring them later and find out what the score is
Any thoughts anyone?
