I don't think I sent you the end...my CD writer broke so I can't copy anymore....lets just say you will find the end inspirational!

I find them all inspirational. The exercise bit gets me though. Bob and Jillian really put em through their paces, but none of em seem to hurt or limp the next day. I've done hours of walking and shovelling snow today, and can barely move now

Sally you've done fab on your repayments!!! :T

I was shocked at how much we've managed considering DH hasn't been able to work since June. Payed off a small card today....one that's been hanging around but such a great feeling.

    Oh and.......we have snow :j

I woke DD2 up to show her and they both rushed out in their jimjams for a snowball fight :D

Its because they do it day in day out for weeks on end Spud...the body adapts. Just like I ran 26 miles because I trained...couldn't do 10 probably now

I know, but even at the beginning of the series, they were OK.

I come off the treadie ofr the cross trainer and have really wobbly legs, they always seem fine. If they were like that, or limping and sore like I am now, and I could see them work through that, I'd feel more inspired to carry on if you know what I mean :o
