    so let me get this right...you come to mine on Friday and stay at mine.(or we drive to liverpool and stay in liverpool)..we travel to liverpool on sat morn in my car....run 10k...then drive down to mine pick your car up drive to yours sleep for a little bit...get up and run another 10k.......

    Hubby has just braved the car to go to Morrisons, although whether they have any bread or milk is another matter entirely! There was so much snow on the car that he picked up a huge blue plastic sledge and used it as a scraper! :rotfl:

    I'm re-jigging the paragraphs of my assignment so it 'flows' better then the conclusion tomorrow I think! :T :T

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

    My friend at work did the london one this year - its a nice course (ruddy expensive though), but they stagger the starts by five minutes which just seems crazy on such a wide road start! Anyway watch for that if you want to run together - make sure you put the same times down!

    put it this way....and this is no offence to scorgy....cos it was seriously tough and she in no way disgraced herself but if she said it can be done it can be done.....

    Or we could drive up to my inlaws and stay at Frodsham on the Saturday night, get the free train to the race and back on the Sunday, then drive back down to Bedford on the Sunday afternoon/early evening, have a bit of sleep then yes, get up and do another 10k................Simples :D
