I'm just down the road from you in St Fagans and the snow has been coming down fast, but it's slowed down a bit now. I went out for the papers this morning, and I was surprised how deep it was. Hope you get it sorted out soon.0

Hey, thanks for asking! To be fair, as many negative reports as there are on British Gas around the forums, they have been fab. They stayed in touch with us all morning yesterday, assuring us they would find someone local to finish the work. About 11am, the original installer called us, and had found someone to give him a lift, and had walked down to the main road to meet him as he couldn't get his van out. They finished the work, so we had hot water and heating yesterday afternoon. Electrician came first thing this morning to finish off. I was very impressed!0
