Postal Address for Amazon??

Does anyone know where I can find a postal address for Amazon??
I have an ongoing issue with my seller account - it has taken me months to try and sort it out, and all I get is e-mails that don't answer the query....

I can't speak to anyone on the phone, as they only operate during normal office hours, apparently...

I am getting worn down by the whole thing, so would rather just write a letter, get a response (hopefully in English, that makes sense) and get the whole issue dealt with...!!!

I too have had an ongoing dispute with Amazon. Eventually they emailed me the following address :-

Ms Lynn Givens

Further to my post of 11/1/11, I failed to receive a reply from Ms Givens despite writing to her on 22/12/10. On 2/2/11 I wrote a letter of complaint to the General Manager at the Cork address and today I finally received a reply vie email apologising and responding to my complaint. At least this confirms that the address is correct but getting the courtesy of a written reply seems to be beyond Amazon.

If you persist they eventually will respond!

A big thank you from me too. Seller support are useless, not helped by the fact that it is just a message centre in a far off land somewhere. They probably don't even understand most of the messages that are sent to them. I have an ongoing issue with what I assume are competitors leaving poor feedback - 15 in 6 weeks (I haven't had 15 all year) and despite getting a few of them removed I can't get Amazon to realise there is a real issue here. Now I've had 2 A-z claims in 2 days - I've only had 9 in the three years I been with Amazon and I haven't changed anything, it's just a malicious attack by one or more competitors which after b27 year in business I can smell a mile away. Hopefully I can now get somebody who understands English to listen!
