I had some wedding flowers preserved by a company last year and the flowers are now looking old and brown and not like they did when they were first preserved. I want to know what my rights are regarding getting a refund.

Well doing a little googling (not hard), brings up many indications that depending on many factors, flowers can become brown and mouldy as soon as 6 months after preservation. I would say that after such a long time, you have so recourse at all. Unless the company made a specific guarantee, which given the many factors affecting how well the flowers turn out, i doubt.
How Long did you expect them to last? What method was used? How fresh were the flowers? How much did you pay? all these may be relevant but you still will have a very hard time getting anything.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
