No point to this post really, just thought I'd share!
My poor little girl is having her first oestrus, she's 18 months old so quite late. I've never saw my other girlie cat like this as she had ker 'kitty time' in the spring.
I know I shouldn't laugh but she keeps presenting herself to the neutered tom and the dog, wiggling her bum in the air and making little squeaking noises, but she getting absolutely no joy. It's obviously far too cold for her to go out, even if she did there's a lack of cats around here. Perhaps she needs cat sized rabbit! :rotfl:

She can go out if she want, the cat flap it there.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Snap my new kitten has come into season. As soon as it stop she is off to the vet to be spayed. My advice would be to keep her in unless you want kittens.0

Personally, I'd rather have a healthy, happy, friendly cat than a miserable howling bag of hormones. But then again, I do have a teenage daughter with a symbiotic pairing with a boy, so that may have something to do with my not wanting to put up with anything more.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0

Please have her done ASAP: if she does mate she can catch all sorts of sexually transmitted diseases - feline AIDS or leukemia for example. There are also soooo many unwanted cats in rescues, more so than normal due to the recession. Cats Protection may well be willing to give you a voucher to cover the cost.

It is not even mildly funny - they hate being on heat and not mating, it causes them pain. In fact if your cat has repeated heats with no kittens they get a womb infection that can kill.0

Ermmmm - why she is not spayed?
Ermmmm - why does she have access to outside while she is in season and not spayed?
This is nto funny at all - for a lot of reasons....
