Ringtones for Nokia 6300

I'm trying to load a ringtone to my Nokia 6300. I have downloaded it from Zedge and into the Nokia Ovi Player, I have plugged my phone in via a USB cable, but can't see what to do next.
Can anyone help please?

Is the ringtone an MP3?
If so I just connect my phone to the PC and copy the file across using windows. Then select it on the phone and under options there should be one for use as ringtone.
If you want to use Nokia software to transfer it across you need a copy of Nokia P Suite. Its on their website.It's my problem, it's my problem
