Heating grants in Scotland - any advice??

Hi!
We have just bought an old, uninsulated cold farmhouse in NE Scotland. We are going to have to rip up floorboards and remove lathe and plaster walls, then insulate the floors, walls and the roof, as well as replacing the heating system (which is currently a woefully inadequate Rayburn-type thing with radiators in each room). At best we would like underfloor heating which would be supplied by either an air- or ground-source heat exchanger. Another wishlist item would be solar panels to heat water.
Does anyone know of any grants to help pay for all this??
Thanks very much in advance!
Jac
