Desperately seeking a sledge...

Wish we could go sledging. Not only do we often miss out on the snow, or only get enough to last a few hours, we don't have anywhere hilly.
This week, what little we have had is still with us, which is unusual.0 -

That's what me and OH will be using tomorrow, his parents have a couple in their shed. We had a look in town this lunch time for a sledge but no joy. We went into one sports shop as we were told they had a £90 one in there!! (we just wanted to check out was £90 of sledge looked like but they were gone). Even the market didn't have any. One toy shop guy said he wised he had, he'd have made a killing. Especially since we live near the Malverns, lots of lovely snow covered hills!!Do good deeds and you could raise the curtain, do good deeds and you could really raise your life....0 -
To those looking for sleds, we went looking just before Christmas to replace a broken one and couldn't find one anywhere.
Homebase did say that they had not received any yet this winter and would be getting stock in January - maybe you could try there?
It's only a game

I grabbed the kids one as did everyone I saw in the carpark, even got cornered in the shops with people asking were we go it from. I would ring to check before you go (oh yes the car park has been cleared so ok to drive around)

Have you see the Bobski's sledge? We sell them and they sell really well. They were on the Gadget Show this winter.0
