  • Hello everyone

I started a thread the other day about feeling down as I'd no idea where to turn for some help really, then just found this thread. I feel like a complete fraud really, because I've nothing to feel down about particularly, I have a nice family, I live in a nice place and that, so I feel wretched even thinking I feel down.

I just can't seem to get going at the moment, truth be told even though it's only 4pm I feel like going back to bed and I could definately sleep. I actually didn't get dressed untill 2ish which is really bad. I just feel totally blank all the time. Is this weird or do others have this feeling?

Yes I often get depressed I had a bad bout on Tuesday and Wednesday a very tired, just tearful and all I want to do is sleep. I feel better although on Thursday I felt very weak and struggled to get about the supermarket I also was dizzy and blurred vision. Friday was much better but I have real trouble sleeping on a night and I do feel very tired even now I love to go to bed but I am forcing myself to stay awake.

I have suffered with depression for many years it was work that caused me to feel so low but I wont go into that as I could write a book.

I also use to be a very tidy person, but I do find it a struggle to do even the less demanding tasks.

Hi angel. You should contact your local mental health team and enquire wheb they estimate you getting help from them. Another important thing is to go and see GP and ask for another referral to update things as your situation is not what it was 2 years ago. Hope this helps x

Hi Everyone and good evening. Hubby is working again this evening. I always feel worse when I am on my own, so thought I would come on here for a chat. Just stuck a pizza in the oven (can't be bothered to cook when it is just me) and about to open a bottle of wine.

I went to see a friend of mine today who lives a 2 hour train ride away. Whilst on the train I got the overwhelming urge to cry and had to hide in the train toilet sobbing for about 20 minutes. I really have to get back on my medication next week. I can't keep crying for no reason like that.
