That said, they will also have to have form APS2 signed, and that can be done by any of those you have listed.

As I wasn't born on the island due to a freak of timing, I've had to jump through all sorts of hoops these past couple of weeks to get mine, so I can understand why Dsab is having fun trying to get this clarified.

ok, notes 4 A AND C.....Are you ENTITLED to be an Irish Citizen, or and British Citizen......then you DONT need that form, is that not it?

or even D....Are yuo entitled to live in UK or NI wit no restrictions....then you dont need it...i think....sorry if im reading that wrong, but thats how i understand it...but then, i never seen that form before,
