Cdiscount - no response to refund emails after their original acknowledgement

i returned a faulty freeview box to cdiscount, as per their instructions, and at my cost - i was told that the refund would be issues within 3-5 days

since this time i contacted them again, and they said it would take anything up to 28days to appear in my account.

it has now been nealry 2 months and nothing - they are not even responding to my emails anymore - could anyone tell me what the next step would be ? i have heard rumours that they may have gone into liquidation - but they still seem to be trading if thats the case !!!
