Okay, so I thought it was going to be a snow-out today and first tests were cancelled... but I got to do mine and passed! *yay*
What categories are going to appear on my license apart from the B - Car?

i took an extra test for full A (bike).
my brother who got his 10 years ago or more, got loads automatically but its all been tightened up since thenTarget Savings by end 2009: 20,000

I passed 11 years ago, I believe just after they switched the rules so that you no longer got Category C1 on your licence by default, so all I have is B1, cars, vans up to 3 tonne etc and milkfloats. Which is a shame, theres been times in the past when i could have done with being able to drive something larger for house moving purposes.

Well done. Erm a van and im allowed a trailer with no load on it, same with a caravan under a certain weight. Passed a year and 3 months ago

On a full licence you will get the following categories:
- B, BE, C1, C1E, D1, D1E, f, k, l, n, p
- C1E - 107
- D1 - 101
- D1E - 101, 119

Sorry I'm fairly sure that you are wrong on that one Rev, a Track Laying Vehicle has always needed a separate test from a car licence.
Not many people bothered because they are used mainly off road.
