Possible small extension

We have a small porch, and the front door will not open fully, so at times its a pain. We were thinking about extending it about a foot, and its about 4 foot long, and then putting a new PVC door on as well as a new window, plus replacing the ceiling.
I was just wondering about the cost of it though, as its a front door its attached to the house of course, so would need some form of foundations. it also has both the gas and electric meters housed in it
