The NAEA technical award can be done in your spare time, some colleges run evening classes.
Its worth checking out the likes of Reeds Rains, Your Move & Hunters if they operate in your area. Remax tend to work on a self employed 'associate' basis. Generally you have to rent the desk space from the franchisee, I would advise this course to only to experienced Agents.0
