I am in the process of filling out an application form for a job.
And it wants to know the reason why I left previous jobs. One was because I was so fed up with the place and was getting stressed so was going to put down a career break and I stayed a housewife.
But my last job I left because I did not get on with the boss and I left under not very good cirucmstances with in my 3 month period. What do I say
Thanks in advance.

You could give reasons like,
For continuing professional development (CPD), this has increasing importance........especially for employers to assess candidates for a job.;)
For a more challenging role
To reduce commuting time
To address my work/life balance
For more money:D
Good luck

Never say anything negative about your previous employers... it looks worse on you than it does on them and immediately makes a prospective new employer think you may not get on with them either.
The fact you have already left is more of an issue than if you had stuck it out until you found another job as whilst I would normally go with what Nile has said (subject to certain conditions, eg commuting time isnt good to put if the job requires frequent travel) not many will stack up for someone who is unemployed.
Without wanting to pry or be accused of belittling your job - what sort of level of job are you talking? For something like a sales rep or receptionist these kinds of things tend to be a lot less important than if it is a middle management job.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
