i bought a sleepmasters sensafoam verve1400 bed 6 weeks ago but the buttons sewn through the matress now stick into me when i lie on my side. If i lie flat on my back you can't feel them. contacted sleepmaster who missed two appointments but came out on the third appointment but still haven't come back to me. Has anyone had a similar problem?
