DHL - I want to complain!!!

does anyone know who to contact about complaining about DHL? Cannot see anything on their website about a complaints procedure and the people who ask the phone just give you "garbage" and I would ideally like to speak to somebody more senior.

I'd settle today for being able to get through on the phone at all! Can't believe they don't allow re-delivery online.

Thank you so much custardy - couldn't see it on their site (clearly not firing on all cylinders cos I am freezing) and their Head Office switchboard doesn't know this exists.

i dont know what the deal is
i believe it depends what service the sender uses
my last item delivered by DHL had that web address on the card
yet most people dont seem to get that on their cards

I've never seen it on a card from them - really grateful to have it saved (fingers crossed the redeivery works, of course!)
