    I jarred my knee stopping myself falling over when I skidded on invisible ice next to my car. It hurts, it reminds me of the growing pains I used to get as a kid a real deep 'grinding' feeling in my knee and ankle. :(

    I've done Sloe, Elderflower and have just opened Cranberry. My cheeks are quite pink for not a lot of alcohol although they are 14.5% each and I am drinking them almost straight down from the bottle :D
