Blcok work/ render single storey flat roof extension

Hi there
We live in a terraced property and are looking to build a 15m2 single storey flat roof extension on the back of our home.
The work would be block work/rendering.
Could anyone provide me with a ball park figure on how much this would cost for both the interior and exterior. The work would involve knocking down a supporting wall so steels would be necessary (sorry for the naivety of my building knowledge!)

You need to also take into account The Party Wall etc Act - google it and you will find plenty of info. This does have financial implications.

With regards to your propsed extension, it depends where you live, cost of plans, building regs fees, whether you need planning, whether you are able to do any work yourselves, to what extent you want it finishing internally.

Have you considered a pitched roof as far less problematic - you may be able to get reclaimed tiles on ebay or similar for a snippet.
