Whirlpool Double Oven - No Manual....?

Hi Guys,
I've just bought a house, and the oven installed is a Whirlpool AKP951 1X.
There is no manual for this, and I can't find one for a similar oven on the internet either. The top oven works fine, but the main oven (fan assisted) doesn't seem to be working. The light comes on and the fan starts up, but no heat seems to be generated...?
I'm not exactly sure how the control display works, as I know this can affect the oven if it's on some sort of delay. Also, this may be a stupid question, but I can see the element in the top oven but not the main oven. Does it have one, or is it somewhere where you can't see it, such as behind the fan??
