Praise for Sainsbury's and Iansyst

I own a 360, and I happen to enjoy playing Assassin's Creed. I know the second game came out not too long ago, so, me being me, I went and bought it last week, only getting round to playing it today.

Well, I would have played it, if it worked! Put it in and all the 360 was doing was saying there was an error and the disc didn't work. It's fine with all my other games and OH's games, so there's a disc error.

Bought in it Sainsbury's, so I took it back this evening, and spoke to a lovely young lady who apologised for the inconvenience, and offered me a refund straight off in case I wanted to buy it anywhere else (I won't yet, I'll probably wait now until it's cheaper) I was really impressed with her customer service skills, and how she dealt with it effectively and quickly with little fuss.

The Iansyst is a different one. I received my eligibility letter for DSA today (basically I passed an assessment for me to be able to get extra equipment and help so I am not at a disadvantage compared to the average student) Phoned them up, and the lady told me what I needed to send and how to send it. Phoned them back and the fax had't sent, and talked to a lovely young man called Tom who told me to send it again then check in 30 minutes, which I did and it had worked.

They originally told me it would take 2-3 days to sort my order, however I got a phone call back within 3 hours saying my equipment was all in stock, and they would sent it out to their outworker on Wednesday, who should be contacting me later in the week. Am very pleased with this, as some companies try and pull it out (SFE - I'm looking straight at you and your pants system for not checking that I'm eligible for the Special Support Grant when I know I am!) and they are working really quickly.

It was just such an unexpected (but nice) shock to get exemplary customer service from two companies.
