Hi guys,
I've got my pool table listed on ebay as I am moving house and can not take it with me.
I have had an email from a guy asking me if I had any ideas of the easiest way to get this to somerset...I'm in manchester...I haven't a clue, but thought someone might know something I don't!
Just to point out, this is a full sized 6ft x 4ft table with slate base, very heavy!
Thanks in advance

manchester to somerset is only a 3-4 hour drive at around 220 miles or so
it'd be a hell of a lot cheaper to drive it there yourself if it'll fit in your car, or just hire a van (you're moving, so it would help you anyway ;-) and drive it there, (or, get the buyer to come to you!)
would prolly cost you £40 in van hire, and another £25 in fuel, + timemoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

I would like the money up front just in case he hires van/delivers it and the buyer changes their mind etc.
I have a friend who travelled 100 miles to pick up an item he won. When he got to the guys house he told him sorry, I've sold it to a friend of mine. :eek:0 -
I'm better off without you.0

A: Hi, Hyde, Greater Manchester!
brilliant. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
