Shoesy I see you are being as productive as me today. I've come off a nightshift, what's your excuse?

hi ya, just been round OH's mothers for lunch, was actually ok?!
Thank you for being so wonderful, in that case I will continue to be a pain the backside and write all my ridiculous ramblings.0 -
In a quest to finally get my weight down, I have weighed myself, taken my measurements of everywhere (was horrified at this!) and have written it down in a little diary.
I have been shopping and have bought lots of fish and veg, and salad and porridge. This is mostly what I will be eating. Feel really positive and motivated about it. Have got all of my clothes out that don't fit me, am also horrified about the fact I have 5 pairs of jeans still with the tags on that I thought I would "slim into" 2 years ago!!!!!!
I know I have tried several different ways of dieting etc etc, but my heart really wasn't in it, I really feel that this time is different. I think its because I don't really have much choice, I get married in a month, and I dont want to spend a month in the maldives worrying about my podgy stomach or celulitey thighs!!!!
If it looks like I am slipping up, please feel free to shout at me.
Wish me luck my lovelies I think I'm going to need it.0 -

Hey missy, glad you didn't buy the too small jeans, I hung up a pair I wore three years ago and never did get back into them, they went to one of my skinny young nieces instead. I have about 18lbs to lose but if I can managed 8 - 10lbs I'll be happy! I'll never be the weight I was at 20!0
