I want to apologise I've just had a look back on my diary and lately it hasn't been about debt busting or money saving, just about my life really, which isn't what this is supposed to be about really is it. What with the wedding and everything else I have kind of got side tracked. So if you will excuse me until after the wedding, then I shall be back, debt busting and better than ever.

I may well keep my ramblings up until then if you don't mind, it just keeps me motivated and focused with all the things I need to get done etc, and I love all the chats and ideas from people on here. I hope that's ok.

But that's the point missy - anyone looking at my diary can see I too ramble on about absolute s***, but that's what makes these diaries great. We are showing that moneysaving is real and it happens to real people. We could try to click our fingers in a disney like way to rid ourselves of debt, but instead it's a long process and one that may not be our absolute priority in life.

I think you're doing great! and to do it whilst planning your wedding is amazing! It wasn't until 4 months after my wedding that I faced up to what I owe. Enjoy the wedding planning (hectic, stressful, but amazing result!) but also enjoy your moneysaving (just as hectic, stressful!!) - like you put in my diary, every little bit counts, so whether it's a payment off your CC or less spent on the weekly shop - keep up the great work! :j

Oh rusty thank you hun! What lovely things to say. Very wise words too. The wedding planning is stressful but I'm loving it, and we're not getting into any debt doing it, we've saved up and paying it straight off, but consequently my debts are on a back burner. But you are right, even that is an achievement.

    Thank you
