Morning
Well I'm in work, feeling pretty ropey today, am sooo tired... am hoping it is the early signs of being pregnant, but I doubt it,more likely to be the carb free eating!!
Reeally don't want to be in work today, just want to be curled up in bed!! Am so busy too.
Well I hope you are all having better days.

Oh dear diet has failed, someone has just bought in chocolate and shortbread, my two biggest weaknesses!!!! ok start again tomorrow, don't know if I can do the carb free thing, was craving my porridge and brown bread sandwich... going to work out how much fat and calories my usual meals are and try and get them down to a decent amount.
