So most of the wedding stuff is sorted and paid for, have sorted the photographer too, so there will be photos, which I will make sure I put somewhere for all to see, why you'd want to see a whale in wedding dress I don't know!! :o

Just need to sort the underwear!! :o

Don't worry.....we really don't need to see the underwear :D

LOL Thanks Jel, wasn't intending on showing any pics, you'd all run a mile!!!!

Well I managed to make bread and bake crispie things last night, and I had a quick look on OU but didn't do anything.

Feeling much more positive today, went and bought some cereal bars and some decaf tea, I know I shouldn't have been spending money but it is to help my diet and the cereal bars were on offer at £1 for 9 and the decaf tea was £2.50 instead of £3.50. sooo it was ok, and it came out of the joint account, so doesn't affect my debt paying. Will try and do a SOA soon, will have more time next week but will do it before if I can.

Weighed myself this morning, am 60.8 Kilos!! Which on my small frame shows massively So I want to get down to about 56 Kilos, I think I have actually lost some weight, last weigh in (after dinner though) I weighed 62.2 Kilos so I have lost some already. I'm working in kilos because I can see the weight come off quicker, as it breaks it down smaller so I feel better, as I'm one of those weigh yourself every day people, I know I shouldn't but I can't help it! So wish me luck.

Must do some exercise tonight as I didn't yesterday due to making bread etc!

Right best do some work speak soon

    Hi Missy,

We have the same goal than:) I want to get down to 55, currently 59kgs, and yes,it's much better to weigh yourself in kilos, I never got hold of the pounds and stones (and yes, I weigh myself every day as well!).

Cereal bars are yummy, good you got a bargain. I better go now, work is waiting for me,have lots to do!

So what are you eating daily? I still have no idea what I'm supposed to eat!

So far I've had cornflakes and yoghurt for breakfast. Lunch is going to be home-made carrot and coriander soup and I think eggs, dinner today is Indian, for snack I have dried prunes in my bag. No chocolate and I'm not planning to go anywhere today,so can't pick up some:). I try to do the 'cutting out' chocolate and biscuits thing, I eat far too much, so exercise (spinning in the gym later on) and sensible eating is my plan.

My friend stopped eating about 2 months ago, and she is now size 8, was size 12. She is happy but all she eats is soup and toast, I would not be able to do that! I love my food!

I love my food too, well at the moment, for breakfast I have porridge, then a banana and a harvest bar, I'll have 3 plums and a sandwich and a yoghurt for lunch then an apple and harvest bar for afternoon then today I'm having fishcakes for tea. Think I am eating too much to be honest, think I might omit the plums, and make jam with them instead to go in my (hm) yoghurt (instead of buying yummy muller corners) think I should halve the harvest bar and have half for morning break and half for afternoon.... will see though as am starving.

I'm not trying to lose weight but I really need to start checking if I'm getting my 5 a day and trying to increase my fruit and veg further. It's difficult as OH isn't a fan!
