    I don't feel you would have anything helpful to advise the OP anyway, as all I read from your posts are anger, malice and contempt to parents on here who seek financial support from NRP's through the CSA.

    All play nicely please - OP has asked a valid question about what she can do if the OP refuses to disclose their income, all personal comments should be kept to yourselves.

    OP you can ask for compliance to become involved or you can appeal on the grounds of lifestyle inconsistent with his income, if the appeal fails then you need to go to a tribunal. I agree it does seem ridiculous that he says that he wont disclose and they think thats ok?

    Ok thanks for all your help. They have asked me to prove his income but short of hiding in bushes outside the site he is working on taking photographs with a big gold spade and wide lense in my hand what can I do?
