I really wanted to Stand and Fight them!

At my local BnQ store, I was not made to stand and fight for my rights to get a replacement product.

Although I only bought the darn thing at the begining of December, I had already lost the packaging for it, but as I run a business and for the Tax man's purposes, kept the recipet, why on earth did the staff at BnQ insist that the product was replaced with a new one. I had hardly opened my mouth when they went weak at the bleeding knees and appreciated my higher inetlligence.

I want to know the gaffers email address so I can go and give him what for, staff like this need to be routed out. Please help I am distraught.
