I'm sorry but if you bought the candle separate then you have no rights.
The idea of this i imagine is so you buy the base and shade once, and when your candle runs out, you can purchase another without the need for buying a second base.
By all means try but remember you are asking for a good will gesture and so must remain polite and if they say no, accept it.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
If there is no issue with the candle I can see their point in not refunding but then as a goodwill gesture you would think they would refund!:money: giving me & my darling boys a better cheaper life

So if you went to tesco, bought a wok and some stir fry, used half the stirfry and then had a fault with the wok you would expect a refund on the stir fry too?
How absurd.
