2 Credit Cards - Looking to transfer balance to 0% card - Help please

I currently have 2 credit cards with roughly £1,500 on both.
I am currently paying the minimum on one and £100 a month on the other (due to interest rates etc)
I want to consolidate these 2 cards onto a single 0% card but I'm really unsure how to do this. I was looking at the Virgin card but the fine print scares me, can anyone explain if I will be able to do this and not pay a penny in interest (other than the fee or if I go over the period of 0%)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The balance transfer forms usually have room for 3-5 entries (cards,) so most applications shouldn't be a problem.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
