Hi
I need some advice. Basically I'm going abroad to America for a month in May and I need an International credit card. I'm only 22 and this will be my first credit card but I will be able to pay it off straight away and I won't use it when I get back to the UK. I've had a look round but I'm a bit confused as to what would be the best for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apply at your bank. I moved to the country 15 months ago and after 12 months I got a HSBC credit card with £1500 limit. All I had was a phone contract on my credit report at that point - you'd be much better off than me.0
