Friend of mine has a Sony DCR VX2100 video camera
Apparently the heads have gone.
Paperwork says that anything with prefix DCR is not a professional camera.
Sony charge £180 if its not a professional camera but £500 if it is to replace the heads.
Customer services are now saying it is a professional camera or a semi professional camera.
Any idea where he stands.
