hi everyone.
I need to find a graphics card in both AGP and PCI-Express that will support screen rotation. Prices can go upto about £170 each if necessary.
Any recommendations?
Many thanks!

I know it's not a card, but might save your hard earned cash if you already have a card.0 -

No problem, it's nice when that happens:beer:0

nvidia drivers already have the capability of rotating their output; ATI too, according to the blurb on that software page - "By leveraging the **native** rotation capabilities now provided by ATI, nVidia, Intel, S3, XGI and others"; that software just gives a shortcut to what's already do-able in the properties page of the driver.0

Thanks for the info!
My work PC uses a 256mb Geforce 6800 card and i was able to use rotate my second monitor into portrait mode using the utils that came with the drivers.
The other card i was looking to replace was an older matrox p650 card which has dual screen but i couldnt find a way of rotating the screen. Thankfully the utility mentioned by zahc was able to do what i wanted without me having to lay out for another card.Useful is beautiful0 -
Now you've got me curious. What are you doing(if I'm not being toooo nosey?)0

We use a database at work called Superbase. I use my left hand screen (19" IIyama Pro Lite) for the form design etc and i've got a Dell 2001fp as my second screen which i have in portrait mode.
Essentially it means i can see more of the code at once, also good for apps like word and acrobat where you can see all of the page at once without having to scroll or zoom out.Useful is beautiful0 -
Gotcha, never thought of that. Right, I'm going to have to play now:T0
