hcps loader probs

hi, could somebody help me with a have a problem with with a hcps loader, i have a workshop manual on cd it worked fine with my old pc running windows xp home,, that packed up so replaced pc that runs wind/ xp professional when i insert disc message appears + says please insert original disc. disc inserted is the original disc so any ides what to do next any help will be appreciated

no i have not if you if you read thread it says i tried with windows vista i have since found out it wont work with win/vista so i have now bought a pc with wind/xp professional is that ok with you now0

Not sure what you have. Is this a Haynes service manual? Try installing as Administrator? Is the program copy protected in some way?0
