Bank Charges - Letter from my Bank

Dear Sirs
I am one of many who attempted to reclaim bank charges. I received a letter from my bank stating that, in light of the court outcome my claim will be dropped and considered dealt with within 8 weeks if I do not respond. What do I do now? I would like to proceed but have no idea what to do next.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Martin Lewis will be updating everyone around the middle of January with what steps can be taken next. There are other routes to take, but its important that people don't count on the money as it may never be repaid.
There is still hope though, I would just sit tight until there is an announcement on the moneysavingexpert email

...I would like to proceed but have no idea what to do next...
So would many.
Martin has even employed a top barrister ... but still nothing published yet regarding an alternative legal arguement.
At the moment there is no legal right to their refund ... but sign up to the MSE email and you'll be the first to know should the situation change (in the eyes of Martin's barrister at least)."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
