How long away from Virgin card to be classed as a 'new customer'

I had a Virgin 0% card that I cleared in May 2008 and closed off, now need another 0% card and their deal seems best at the mo, how long a period do i have to have had my old account closed to be classed as a 'new customer', to get the offer again?

I closed my Virgin CC a/c end of April last year and got a new one in Aug - seems 3 months are enough.0
