Second car options
A little help. I run the main family car. 307 diesel which does 15-18k a year. My hubby may be getting a job soon in the next county so could start doing the same mileage. I dont facy the running (ie fuel) costs of another car that big and as mine is the main run about I just need a car that can get the most mileage for the smallest amount of cash. Heck even an electric like I see in london as long as I can get the fuel!
Any ideas really. I had thought a 206 untill I looked harder at the possible fuel costs. We could do them but it means we would struggle to save a deposit for a new house, which in a few years were gonna need (2 bed & 1 child currently thinking 1-2 more in the coming years)
Cheers guys

nothing wrong with a 206 diesel with regards to running costs, i have a family member running a 1.4 HDi on a 2004 plate, road tax is £35 a year and she gets around 45mpg around town and a lot more on motorwaysEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0
