Ebay - Password problems

Hello,

I have been trying to log into my ebay account this is an account i havent used for approx 8 months.

I have done the password reset thing, got the email and the link doesnt work.

I have also done the phone code thing and that doesnt work either.

How can i get my password reset now? I have tried both options several times

Does it actually say user name or password not valid or does it just take you back to the log on screen?
I had a problem a few months ago when eBay wouldnt accept my password, it turned out that i needed to clear my browser cookies ect.

If your running IE 7 or 8:
TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS -> half way down the page you will see "browser history" press "delete" -> DELETE ALL

Close the browser and re-open and try your new password.

I have also tried it in another browser

Maybe try eBay live help? Normally they can help with things like this.
