Was after some help. I have 2 credit cards, one with Egg(Original from about 1999 not egg money) with a credit limit of £2000 and another Barclaycard with a limited of £6000. Both with zero balance at present. What I wanted to do was to move £5000 in cash to my current account from my Barclaycard without taking a cash advance. Egg have the option to transfer to currect account but Barclaycard don't.

Question is can I move the £5000 from Barclaycard to Egg as a balance transfer and leave the egg card in a positive figure and then transfer from egg to my bank. Not to worried if both egg and barclaycard charge a balance transfer fee.

I'm in need of a longer term loan and with Barclaycard currently offering 6.9% for the life of the balance seems like the quick way to raise money without needing to do credit checks.

Thanks

Ritz
